Looking for a job is a challenge and if you are lucky to land an interview make sure you do your homework by researching the company. Asking the right questions can make or break it for you. -Here are some steps you can take to save you time. Don"t interview with the wrong company!ð€×1)     What are you looking for in an employer? Do you want a big company with good benefits who may demand a lot of time from you? Are you more comfortable with smaller, friendlier environment?
ð€×2)     Go into the company"s website and read about them. Get familiarize with their mission and vision and see if this fits with  yours. You can try to see if you know anyone who already works there who can tell of their experience about the culture.
ð€×3)     Ask for a job description and what is expected in the job. Ask yourself honestly if you can deliver what is expected.
ð€×4)     If you want opportunities for career advancement and training then ask during interview. D o you want to pursue more education then it is wise to ask for tuition reimbursement or scholarship.
ð€×5)     If benefits are important to you, then ask this ahead of time so you save time by not interviewing if benefits do not match what you need.
ð€×6)     If you are interested in knowing if they can pay your salary expectation the best way to find out is to find out what is the salary scale for someone with your experience. There are companies which pays depending in the number of years of experience. There are also those which in addition will offer $$ depending on how desperate they are to fill a position or your experience is so highly sought after that they are willing to pay the price.
ð€×7)     Is there relocation allowance? Bonus? What is the average annual salary increase? Are the hours flexible? Do they allow you to work from home?

ð€×9)      If medical insurance is important due to health status of the employee or immediate family, ask to know what Insurance Plan the company subscribe to and how much is the employee contribution?
