Basically this sheet should just contain a quick list of your most recent accomplishments in reverse chronological order. Another good tip is to let the interviewer talk themselves for the first five minutes or so. It"s second nature to want to talk about yourself as much is possible to make yourself stand out... or to sell yourself. But sometimes it"s important to just be quiet and listen to the employer or interviewer talk because they can give you some helpful clues as to what they"re looking for. A good way to get them talking is to ask questions yourself.
