If a project manager has to manage the workers too and do the job of construction manager, it would be unfair taking into account his qualifications and responsibilities. The construction job descriptions of every level have a set of responsibilities that are based on the person"s experience and qualification. If someone is not given a job based on his or her capability and qualification, he loses the zeal to work.The construction business demands skillful selection of team where people fulfill the requirements for the particular job descriptions. There is a narrow line of demarcation between the various jobs in the construction arena. For example, both project manager and construction manager are managers, but they manage different levels of construction business. You cannot mix the responsibilities of the two. If you tend to do so, you will end up messing the entire project.
