The Talent Partner will support the overall talent acquisition process for a variety of positions based in our Employer Solutions Group clinics. Consulting with the hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Partner will build a strategic sourcing plan and is accountable for executing the tactics to ensure the timely and cost effective identification and selection of high quality talent to support our aggressive growth efforts. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Partner will support and assist with the development and deployment of enterprise wide Talent Management programs. The Talent Partner is required to source, evaluate and recommend high quality candidates who meet the skills, requirements and cultural fit for all positions while striving to exceed hiring goals within the critical timelines of each market. Position will be measured on time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire and customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities:

̣€¢ Lead strategy sessions with hiring managers to determine staffing plan and identify internal candidates. ̣€¢ Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods to include both technology and non-technology recruitment techniques. ̣€¢ Conduct structured candidate interviews both telephonically and in person, excite candidate about value proposition, pitch position(s), collect compensation requirements and other general information. ̣€¢ Manage the interview process with hiring managers and report on candidate pipeline/status. ̣€¢ Facilitate decision meetings and bring candidates through the offer process to successful hire and on-boarding. ̣€¢ Develop strong relationships with organizations, universities, colleges and alumni groups to foster networking opportunities with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants. Skill Required ̣€¢ Ability to develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the business strategies, objectives and key deliverables ̣€¢ Provide recruitment consultancy to optimize current and future business performance. ̣€¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and those who become colleagues of the company. ̣€¢ A bacheloṛ€™s degree in business or human resource management or commensurate experience in recruitment. ̣€¢ Minimum 5 years of high volume recruitment experience in a fast paced, metrics driven organization. ̣€¢ A ̣€˜can-dọ€™ approach with a sense for whaṭ€™s possible and the ability to see beyond challenges ̣€¢ Passioṇ€”Not only to convey company beliefs and vision but also for the success of the team ̣€¢ Self Directed ̣€“ You need to have the ability to own your work, seek out ideas and questions and escalate issues when appropriate ̣€¢ Multi-Dimensionaḷ€”We need you to be comfortable with task-oriented work as well as strategy development and execution. ̣€¢ Demeanoṛ€”We are an equal opportunity employer of nice people.
